7 years in remission, but 1st adrenal crisis

Ok so June 3rd marked my 7th year in remission after my 2 pit surgeries. However, today marked the first time I've ever had an adrenal crisis. :(  I stupidly and carelessly forgot my hydro yesterday.

Usually I get a headache that reminds me I haven't taken my meds. I haven't set an alarm for my phone to remind me in a few years now, but I am now resetting that alarm.

In any case, I woke up this morning feeling like I had an upset stomach. Got up & went to the  bathroom & I took my pills with me (and took my regular 20mg dose). That's when I noticed I forgot my pills yesterday.  Well it got worse from there. I started to feel lightheaded and really nauseous. My hands and face got really sweaty. That's all I remember. I passed out & fell between the toilet & the tub with the shower curtain catching my head thankfully. My husband was up thankfully and rushed in. He helped me up and back to bed. I was able to take another 60 mg. I laid in bed where I rested for another 2 hrs before I finally got up & came downstairs. I've felt woozy all day. I had cereal & green tea for breakfast. Peanut butter & potato chips for lunch with a lemon-lime Gatorade & water to drink. I haven't done anything all day

This is the first time (and hopefully the last time) this has happened. I won't be so stupid again. I know that my cortisol is normally low before I take my meds. But now I know the symptoms before it happens. I've heard stories and now I really know this is nothing to mess with. This is one lesson I wish I didn't have to learn the hard way. I'm fine tho. Thankfully. Here's an updated photo of me with my short hair now too.
